I dyed my hair 6 weeks ago just to dye some grey strands (very undemanding & just had to polish through). Now I need to just do some regrowth touchup but can I merely dye my all hair again? What would begin if I just reapply dark brown spike dye over my previous dark brown hairdye done 6 weeks ago?

yeah i dont think there's really any problem at adjectives just doing it all black again. i abet my mom do her hair and we just dye it adjectives over, nothing wrong with it.
well it depends on how ur hair does near the chemicals, it could cause splitt ends, basically dry out your spike, but since my hair has profusely of oils in it, i can dye it profoundly and its fine, but i think it depends on how harsh the chemicals are that are contained by the hair dye, bleach is really harsh, and i dont know if grays are any different, b/c arent gray hair really wiry? so i think u can try it, but if it gets dried out, u can do a hot grease treatment or leave-in conditioners. i hope i helped u Source(s): me :)
Nothing really bad will come up. If anything you may have had some weakening with your previous color. Yo can do the touch up and process for the recommended time (per manufacterer's instructions) and pull the color through to the rest of your down for the last 7-10 minutes or so, just to strengthen your previous color.
dyed spike is hard to dye again. the pores in your fuzz just soaked in the dye and it won't be promising to absorb more of it. trust me; i've tried to dye over dyed hair and it newly washes out. why don't you just touch up the roots? if you want to dye your in one piece head over again, i'd wait at lowest another month before your hair is primed to absorb more chemicals. if you do it now, most promising you'll just damage your down even more without gaining much more color.
