It have certain health benefits, but I wouldn't put it on my spike. First off, if it did have that benefit, you would want the pure stuff. Pure neem grease smells like a rotting carcass. Even a drop of it will clear out the room.

hi dear neem oil alone does not help much for regrowth but mixed beside others can help a bit... but castor oil mixed near rita oil n coconut oil will relief for regrowth of hair n hair loss... if u live contained by india you can try Trichup hair oil which strengthens fuzz n help in regrowth of down.
