I was 175 lbs in Aug. 2007. Then I go to college and gained 20 lbs. Now since my return in May 2008, I hold lost 2 inches off my waist and 6 lbs.
I am losing weight near a balanced diet and exercise plan.
The only problem is that contained by college along with the weight, I also developed cellulite contained by my stomach area.
I am running 4 miles a day, and drinking grapefruit liquid in my water.
Do you have an idea that I am getting rid of cellulite in the right way?
What enjoy you done to get rid of cellulite?
Any suggestions?
PS- I know the coffee beans technique does not work, neither do creams.
I need to know what type of exercise will receive rid of it.
