Do you own any authentic tips on getting rid of cellulite?

I don't care what it is, I work out hours a day and cannot bring rid of this problem. I know that there is no known cure but I am of a mind to try anything!

what i do to get rid of my cellulite legs and rearend is i get on adjectives fours and stretch my legs out as if i'm a donkey with weights on my ankles doing this ten times for each leg consequently in that same position i do it out to the side ten times again you are really going to feel the burn i am a trim girl very soon. and this really helped me trim down in my leg and butt nouns it really works. do these everyday in reps of 10-12 and sets of two. best of luck! OHHH and power walking really trims up your legs they look fabulous after awhile 20 min walk really help everyday or even twice a week depending on your routine.
realistically, the only way to do this is by have laser treatments. cellulite doesn't just go away. it's a unalterable thing. but you can help your skin look better by using vitamin e creams, & cocoa butter. i asked my boss (im an assistant for a plastic surgeon) in the order of any tricks to reducing the look of cellulite, & the only way be through a certain laser treatment.

watch out beside tanning too. if you live in a sunny area, try not to expose your trouble areas too much. when your suntan your pigment will change your skins color, but the cellulite will remain the same color & kind it stand out.
