I'm 17 years old. I'm 5'7 and weigh 147 LBS.But, I have cellulite (if you push solid hard) in the calves of my legs. And my arms seem "bigger" (almost flabby) than they should be. WHAT EXERCISES CAN I DO TO GET RID OF THIS STUFF?

The best thing you can do to rid yourself of fat is to run. When you run it is critical to also keep your heart rate up and push yourself. If you just run around the block once and stop when you bring back tired then you really won't see any improvement. Running will minister to you tone every part of your body. You can try squats, leglifts, etc... but if you don't mix in plenty of cardio consequently you won't burn the fat. You'll have strength and bulk, but never the podginess loss of definition you want. If you don't like the idea of in recent times running, try getting on a treadmill and jogging while watching your favorite hour long TV show instead of sitting on the couch. An exercise bike is good too, but be sure you increase the resistance plane as you improve.
