OK Ladies - What do you think of anti-cellulite creams? Do they work? For how long do they work? Is it just a scam? Is it a spend in dribs and drabs of money? Best brands if their are any?

They work well to curtail the appearance of cellulite by improving your skin but they sure don't get rid of it.
The actual massage action you do while applying it does most of the work.
In combination with a upright workout and diet you will see a difference. I use Clarins Total Body Lift.
Nivea- i don't use these creams so i wouldn't know for my self but a check was done on gok wan's how to look good in the buff and this product came out as the best.

no they dont work at adjectives. cellulite is about fat composition, a cream will never make far deep enough to hold any effect. if you want to see a difference, you have to exercise the fat sour, nothing you do will make the tubby 'change shape'. improving your circulation (body brushing etc) helps to stop bright fat from building up in that 'lumpy' composition, but it wont brand a big difference to what youve got now.
