Actual solutions for cellulite?

not just things people hold heard of.. I've heard of the coffee grounds, etc.
any solid solutions?

Exercise, especially walking or hamstring curls. I do my hamstring curls while brushing my teeth, making coffee, and washing dishes. Also, regularly moisturize the area beside almond oil or any kind of grease you prefer. Good Luck!
I think the only entity that would work on the big C is...lots of exercise like running. (female runners rarely suffer from cellulite)
Low corpulent diet with no processed foods, Lots of water/fluid, a good regular press on your thighs helps your lymphatic system flush out those toxins that have built up and also body brushing is said to work wonders (on dry skin).
Creams don't win rid of cellulite themselves but it does help if you massage a cream into your skin everynight, Its the rub motion itself that's helping with the cellulite.
If you cant manage adjectives of these i think exercise and diet will be the most important.
Also i own found a tan (fake of course) is great at making your legs appear great even if you do have cellulite... it newly doesnt seem as bad if you own a nice tan on those legs..

Deep massage works. I also tried a type of lotion is call "cellu-lean" it's blue in color and it worked for me. Only problem is you have to used it for the rest of your natural life or the results will go away. Same goes to any other treatment. There is no enduring cure.

a good workout daily is the best solution. Do it alot and you will see results.
Truly just diet and exercise. Cellulite is something that you may not know how to get rid of, some women (and men) just hold a tendency toward it.

I suggest a light-weight multiple-rep toning routine, using machines at the gym if you can. Toning is your best bet!
