Cant Get Rid Of Cellulite?? :(((((?

I've had a fit and tight body all my energy until i started takin yasmin 4 months ago. I was on the pill for 4 months,and in the second two months,i noticed cellulite on my thighs. i gave up the pill merely as i noticed it.
Ive been doing firm exercise for a month, but icant see any improvement :(
i drink a lot of wet, massage my legs 3 times a week (for 15 minutes each time)
i drink 4 times a day and dont eat bread,i dont munch through after 7 pm.

Is it still early to see visible change?
What can i do else?

I used to have pretty bad cellulite which singular got worse after I get pregnant. I have it mostly around my inner thighs and bottom and a bit on my tummy as well.
