well i am in involve of some excercies that are targeted towards the hips, inner thighs and buttocks area, i want to tighten and also hide a valise of cellulite, i am off to vegas on april 21 and want to try and get better looking legs and bum by afterwards as much as possible anyways.
so what i am needing is any excercies that you may know that trigger those problems for quick tightening and decreasing the look of cellulite. so please please assistance me, i have been doing some leg excercises lately, but freshly wanting some excercies that you may have used while trying to do the same entry as me!
