You need to get more or less 30 grams of fiber a day. Eat lots of fruit, vegetables. Beans are really good and cereal soaring in fiber. Drink a lot of dampen. Two quarts a day would be good. Good luck.

yogurt i had a impossible colon and my doctor told me to eat yogurt or else sooner or latter i would develop colon cancer. that was 3 years ago and i have be eating yogurt and my colon is back within great shape. it helped in 5 weeks.
