why exactly do you want to "clean" your colon? i'm a gastroenterology physician assistant and we don't really recommend that to our patients. however, if you insist, you could use 1/2 cup lemon juice mixed next to 1/2 cup olive oil. this won't be hard on your electrolytes but it will present you diarrhea for a while. go-lytely is also a laxative that isn't very hard on your body. i don't recommend using anything approaching fleets enema or laxative, as it can have a significant effect on your kidney function.
this is no silly remark, most medical population do not recommend "colon cleansing" by any other method then naturally, by consumption food high in fiber. as long as you are have regular bowel movements and eating bran cereals, leafy vegetables and fruits similar to apples, your colon will get a daily cleansing... check it out on google, or near your doctor.good luck
You can travel to places that have organic food and other things for your body. They also own colon cleansers that you can do right there. I forgot what they call it but I enjoy a son that is an Organic nut and he goes in attendance for his cleansing; that gets rid of the residue that attaches to the colon, that you can not eliminate.
