you can actually buy a product call colon cleance at gnc. also there is psyillium husk pills that are good(not sure its spelled right) and most of the tiem no you dont have to be 18 becouse it is a herb
Why would you want to do this to yourself? It is not an enjoyable experience and disrupts your system for months after.
Sorry to butt in here, but a possibly healthy body does an
excellent job of keeping itself verbs even when abused
("cleansed") by it's owner. You'd run the risk of upsetting
the delicate balance of conventional bowel flora.
Eat healthy(lots of fiber), exercise, and drink when you're
thirsty or just want to, extra in summer and when exercising.
