About a colon cleanse detox type item?

I've heard that over time you build up a lot of extra rubbish in your body and my digestive health hasn't be the greatest lately, so I was wondering when should I do a detox thing and what should I use, preferably something inherent?

That's a total medical non-fact. There is a HUGE misconception that the colon is some sort of "dirty" organ that needs constant cleaning lest spend foolishly become built up.

That is completely un-true. It would be impossible for waste materials to build up over time without you suffering from a serious bowel hindrance, diverticulosis, or other health problems. The way relations talk about that is to say like somehow everyone has a see of poop stuck to the walls of their intestines. This is impossible for several reasons:

1. The colon is constantly cleaning itself. The mere act of going to the bathroom is cog of the colon's great power to clean itself.
