A do it yourself method or pills or something.. Inexpensive please! Also I'm a vegan, so it can't have dairy or meat if it's a DIY method!

and i had a colonescopy lately to ensure i've not get cancer... (inherited possibilities) and my colon was superb and i did ask about any impaction and other problems.
