at my 19 week scan they found a hypoechio soild nodule on my bladder has anyone heard this in the past if so is it bad?

You didn't give y our symptoms. If you are asymptomatic, probably it is an artefact. With 17 weeks, it won't be clear what it is. I chew over a cystoscopy should be in line.
