I went back to my regular diet after having mine removed. I've heard that some empire have problems with fat affecting them differently after (like causing stomachaches or diarrhea) but I didn't experience any of that.
I was able to munch through a normal diet after my gallbladder was removed. Of course your doctor will detail you low fat, etc diet - but since before your gallbladder is removed you probably couldn't guzzle alot of foods without them bothering you.
Presently I am on a low fat diet - but splurge once surrounded by a while. Food does affect some people differently - one big thing is have to go to the restroom (the urge is very expeditious!)

For me, the simple answer is low fat.
Nothing go in that has more than 30% of its calories coming from curvy.
