About 3 weeks ago, i be hit next to a football surrounded by the bladder. it still hurts. should i see a dcotor??

About three weeks ago, i was with some friends and i be accidently hit in my bladder with a football. i still experience greatly of pain every few days which makes me have a feeling like i have to pee. is this something impressively bad?? should i go see a doctor?? or could my pains be from something else..

I would step see a doctor, it might be just a hard hit, but progress and get it checked out just to be on the locked side. Hope I helped!
