I would recommend possibly seeing a Urologist. Similar symptoms to a UTI (without the presence of bacteria) may point to Interstitial Cystitis. It's a condition where on earth the protective protein on your bladder is essentially missing and makes it especially sensitive. Typical symptoms include: burning or itching sensations, frequent urination, cramps. Often time eating/drinking acidic things (such as cranberry juice) single cause increased problems. I'm no doctor so this is just a suggestion. Good luck... I hope it get better for you soon. Sounds awful hon.
you need to see a nephrologist..kidney DR. Please call for an appt. tomorrow.
First, please find a nephroulogist (kidney specialist) quickly. You may have urinary reflux or a bladder stone (which can be made worse by calcium intake), both of which require a doctor's thinking. Second, try replacing sugar, caffeine and carbonated drinks with water for a while and see if you promote. If the antibiotics make your condition worse, you might have anissue near yeast rather thatn bacteria. Often urinary and gastric issues are relateover the moonu might also try aciphdelpilis (sp?) an over the counter supplement which contains the enzyems in yougurt. These things really helped my son who suffers next to constant UTIs
