Constant Bladder Pressure and Irregular heartbeat?

So for the past week about my bladder have had constant pressure on it, it always feel like I have a full bladder and it's thoroughly annoying to run now and also after I have peed, it doesn't exactly hurt of late feels like I simply got another full bladder it's a very grotesque unpleasant sort of feeling. This has happen to me before but only for a couple days and hasn't happen for at least a couple years. Also I've always have random moments (as I'm sure everybody does) when their heart skips a beat or doesn`t matter what but for the last couple days, it's been really unpromising and keeps happening I especially distinguish it when I'm just sitting around or going to sleep. It's like every time it happen I lose my breath.
I've seen that people own this constant bladder pressure when their pregnant or whatever but that's definitely not the baggage for me. If anyone has any ideas roughly speaking what it is caused by and how I can fix it, please let me know! Thank you surrounded by advance!

Here are some ideas:

The two may be related through "inflammation".

Could you hold a urinary tract infection, or something similar? If so, the inflammation from that could be affecting your heartbeat, causing it to be irregular. Inflammation can be a cause of atrial fibrillation, which is the most adjectives irregular heartbeat.

If you've recently had the flu or sinus infection, near could be residual inflammation still in your body from it, which can impact your heartbeat.

If you had a C-Reactive Protein (CRP) try-out, which measures inflammation, it might come back on the high side if you still own inflammation or infection. Your doctor would probably give you antibiotics to eliminate the infection.
