Okay. I'm 15 and I just found out I have to take my gall bladder taken out. I am a frequent smoker. My mom said I have to quit smoking a morning before the surgery. But, I read online that you have to quit smoking a week formerly the surgery. I'm confused, how long do you have to quit smoking before the surgery. Also, if anyone know. What are the effects if I don't quit smoking before the surgery.
