Maybe you should step to another Dr. for a 2nd opinion. Maybe the Dr. or some one else associated with him, did something explicitly a problem and that is why he is not being more agreeable. In any case, he isn't addressing your issue and it seem strange!. Good luck!
I can definitely relate. This is actually fundamentally common, as you probably know. Having a C-section may cause a lesser amount of problems than a vaginal delivery, but it definitely doesn't prevent every shield stress incontinence. I'm assuming you're having symptoms of stress incontinence (leakage when you cough/sneeze/laugh/exercise). The good word is that while many women have this during and after pregnancy, most who didn't hold a problem before pregnancy eventually find that the problem is only provisional and that it goes away. You're doing the right thing beside the Kegels. One piece of advice I'd have is to ask for a referral to a urologist or urogynecologist. There are also physical therapist who specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation. I went to one after doing Kegels for comparatively a while and I found out that I hadn't been doing them correctly. I had originally be taught by my midwife. Almost as soon as I started doing them the way the physical shrink taught me, I saw a huge improvement.

Good luck! Please get the impression free to e-mail me if you'd like any more advice.
