a doctors visit is in decree
Well, that depends...it could be a urinary tract infection. Symptoms would include pelvic dull pain as you're describing, pain that's worse when you urinate, feeling approaching you have to urinate more frequently, fever(maybe)...even if you don't have those other symptoms, I'd still telephone your doctor in the morning to get checked out.
The best way to find out what is wrong with you is going to a doctor
What character of pain is it? If it is a sharp stabbing pain or a dull sore that is constant, you should seek medical warning. It could be indicative of a urinary tract infection. If it is just achy- it could be gas.

if the pain is mid-way between your hip bone and belly button, it could be your appendix. bring back it checked if it doesn't go away. it is a medical emergency surgery. Source(s): I denied I had it, it be about to burst when they did the surgery, which could have be a mess!
Maybe it is appendicitis
Sounds resembling constipation. No joke. If you've been experiencing symptoms of constipation, such as the inability to drop a deuce, I'd vote that's what the problem is. If so, take some sort of over-the-counter laxative to get things going again.
