ok so im 14 turning 15 in 19 days :)
when i laugh, sneeze or even exercise sometimes i drizzly myself a little bit, sometimes a lot when i gurgle. i feel uncomfortable because i am other scared of having an catastrophe when im laughing with friends.
i do a lot of jazz (around 3 hours a day) could this affect it?
does anyone know what would cause this and how i can get raise on it? thanks heaps
i also have another put somebody through the mill -
why is it women who have had kids have a feeling more comfortable lying with their hands between their legs...i find it extremely comfortable as ably.

You have very shabby pelvic muscles
You need to strengthen them - practise clenching your pelvis [vagina muscles] like when your trying to stop yourself from peeing - that clenching sensation!
If you practise that twenty times a time your will strengthen them in no time!
